McMahon was suspended last year after going against the terms of his contract by entering into talks with KBA. He would not comment on his current employment situation.
Taking over McMahons duties is Roger Cartwright, previously director of finishing. His remit will now include finishing, digital and sheetfed. Norman Revill and Ken Carman are directors of web sales and consumables respectively.
Marketing director Murray Lock said: "Wed planned the integration of digital and sheetfed for some time as our customers are all talking about digital." PPS is also opening a new parts centre in the Midlands.
