The assets of Traxdata Wales have been bought out of receivership by a management team, less than a week after the company had an insolvency practitioner appointed.
The new company, Alpha Digital, was incorporated in 1997, but records at Companies House show it was a non-trading company until last week. Alpha Digital has the same registered office as Traxdata Wales.
No statement had been forthcoming as PrintWeek went to press.
Traxdata Wales made a loss of 544,400 on turnover of 15.8m in 1999.
