Graham Brownett, chief executive of the Sussex-based commercial printer, said the drive was partially a result of increasing customer demand for environmental accreditations.
"It means we get the right advice which in turn offers our customers opportunities," he said.
"Green issues and enquiries relating to these standards are growing in significance. It was also the next logical step for the company as part of the future growth plan."
Brownett said the Manor Earth 10-point scheme aimed to minimise the company's impact on the environment.
It also made "good business sense" to reduce waste and energy consumption, he said.
Manor Creative has switched to Fujifilm's processless Brillia HD PRO-T plate in a bid to cut chemistry costs and reduce water usage.
The new plate set-up will also help the company in its push for the ISO 14001 environmental standard, which it hopes to attain next year.
Manor Creative changed hands last year after a management buyout led by Brownett.
