Major Kew Gardens tender and more open for bids

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew has a £750,000 contract up for grabs

A print contract worth £750,000 from Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is currently live via the government’s Find a Tender service.

The Richmond-based garden requires print, servicing and fulfilment services for all of its membership communications via mail.

The procurement involves the establishment of a framework agreement with a single operator.

This contract is not divided into lots and price is not the only award criterion.

The duration of the contract is 24 months and is subject to renewal, with two potential extensions of 12 months each. The maximum total contract duration, therefore, is four years.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12 July 2024 at 12pm. Further information is available via Find a Tender.

Separately, Scottish Qualifications Authority requires the supply and delivery of specialist paper products to its print rooms located at its Dalkeith and Glasgow sites.

Worth £400,000, the supply contract is not divided into lots. It will last 48 months and is then subject to renewal.

The time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 23 July 2024 at 12pm.

Finally, there is another live notice on the government’s Contracts Finder service from Cornwall College e-Tendering.

The Cornwall College Group (TCCG) wishes to appoint a print company to print and deliver its FE Prospectuses 2024/2025.

It said no tenders will be accepted from print distributors sub-contracting the print.

Worth £25,000 to £30,000, this notice closes on 11 July 2024 at 12pm. The contract will then start on 31 July 2024 and end on 30 July 2025.
