In the wide-ranging piece, Madejski talks about how he has kept faith with chief executive David Holland's plans for the business and praises the "wonderful" workforce.
Goodhead, which comprises Banbury sheetfed company Stones the Printers and Bicester web offset factory Benhamgoodheadprint (BGP), posted a loss of almost £19m in its most recent accounts, largely due to the expensive reinvention of BGP.
While admitting that the past four years have been "very tough", Madejski asserted his long-term belief in the company and said it had definitely turned the corner as far as he was concerned: "We've been through the pain and now we're coming out the other side and the future's good," he stated.
"The other thing is that the industry has woken up to the fact that we're a powerful force, whereas before I don't think there was the confidence there.
"If we were flogging old kit and trying to make ends meet I'd despair. The fact is we've got the state-of-the-art and that will win through."
