Following the insolvency of Manroland last November, the business was broken up, with UK manufacturer Langley purchasing the sheetfed arm.
Langley appointed Alfred Rothlaender, who had previously headed up the group's £113m-turnover subsidiary Claudius Peters, as president of the new business last week.
Rothlaender will be joined by Rafael Penuela, who has been on the Manroland Iberica board since 2003, as vice president of sales and Marco Faulhaber, who was executive vice president of printservices for sheetfed printing systems in Manroland's previous guise, as vice president aftermarket.
Other management roles to be filled include Peter Esch as head of production, Stefan Finger as head of engineering R&D, Ewa Lohmann as head of finance and Thomas Heyn as head of human resources.
