Alan Kennedy, head of spare parts supply at KBA UK, said: "With the pressure printers are under to make every penny count this KBA customer-focused initiative will help ease pressure on their outgoings.
"It also ensures they have everything they need, when they need it, so maximising production uptime."
KBA said that the free standard delivery service, which will take 3-5 working days, should be used when ordering non-urgent ex-stock parts. For other orders the current scale still applies and is dependent on size, weight and time of dispatch.
"With significant market recovery still some way off we wanted to be able to further extend the range of support we offer with this 'free-of-charge' standard delivery service," added Kennedy.
