The machine finder helps users decide which equipment best supports their company's finishing work.
Using colour-coded guidance, it leads users through the product portfolio of die cutting and embossing, hot foil stamping, folding and gluing, and dispensing for use in the printing and packaging industry.
The website – www.kama.info – also features video clips and examples of finishing. Kama chief executive Marcus Tralau said it would help bring the German company’s products to a global audience.
"Using plenty of imagery and moving illustrations on the website, we want to show – in a way as little dependent on language as possible – everything that can be done with a Kama finishing machine," he said.
The 118-year-old company employs approximately 120 staff and has an annual turnover of around €10 million (£8m). The new website is available in English, French, Spanish and Chinese.
