The High Wycombe-based business has experienced a growth in demand for A5 and A6 booklets, which were previously outsourced.
Mark Cooper, director of Jubilee Greenwood Press, said: "Over the past 12 months, the demand for bookletmaking has grown enormously.
"As well as demand for booklets increasing, the range of booklet formats was expanding, and while the vast majority of our work is A4 or A5 booklets, we are seeing more and more A5 landscape and A6 booklets."
Another deciding factor behind the investment was the size of the machine, which enabled it to be installed in the company's pressroom that already features a quartet of Heidelberg presses.
Cooper added that the Duplo 3500 had also allowed the company to save nearly £5,000 on one recent job.
"We are currently running a job for 250,000 A5 landscape booklets. Outsourcing this job would have cost us £4,500. Having the tools to finish this in-house has significantly increased our margins and justifies our decision to upgrade," he said.
