The changes follow last year’s worldwide restructure at Bobst Group, which brought former Bobst stalwart Neil Jones back as UK managing director after five years running Bobst Japan.
Alongside Jones, the management structure now includes regional sales manager Craig Moran, financial controller Doris Morrison, spare parts manager Veronique Mureau, national service manager Alan Letford and regional services manager Mike Rice.
Jones said: "Our new structure reflects the importance we put on providing support to our customers long after they have bought a machine.
"Redditch is now one of 10 worldwide Bobst Group Service Centers and we are responsible for delivering sales and after-care services to sheetfed customers in the UK, Ireland and throughout Scandinavia.
"It means we can be more proactive and coordinated in providing technical advice, service support, original spare parts, consumables, training, and productivity improvement plans to customers."
