The residential courses for folder-gluer and diecutter operators are carried out at its Redditch facility.
Bobst Group training and spare parts manager for the UK and Ireland, Mike Rice, said that in the current financial climate it's more important than ever that businesses ensure their staff are as highly skilled as possible.
He said: "This is especially true in post-press, because the products operators are working on have already cost the company a great deal in terms of materials and upstream processing.
"Good training that lets staff discover the best way to run any job they are likely to come across, helps reduce waste and improve post-press efficiencies."
Details of the courses, which take place this spring, are available from Bobst Group or the company's user magazine ‘Contact'.
