The Birmingham-based firm invested in the CCM 78 from Terry Cooper Services (TCS) after its original Polar 90 guillotine broke down at the age of 30.
The 78cm machine will be used to produce a range of materials, from brochures to letters.
Operations director Stephen O'Brien said: "We're a busy company and with a guillotine down, the work began to stack up very quickly."
The 101-year-old company was also impressed with service from TCS, which "had our CCM 78 installed and running within three days".
"We can now make changes really quickly and not have to follow set working patterns – overall it has added greater flexibility."
The 45-staff company offers a complete service from concept to mailing as well as print.
