The 25-staff companys customers are able to access their own secure personalised job bags containing all the relevant documents, like PDFs, and information on past and present work.
They will also be able to track a specific jobs progress through the print process.
The company, which has an annual turnover of around 10m, claimed that the online system would also help it to benchmark suppliers performance and generate faster response times.
Were in contact with our clients on a daily basis, but this just gives them the extra security that they can see the status of a particular job at any time, said IPS marketing manager Wendy Owens.
IPS customers include savings bank ING Direct, the Royal Mail and agencies Claydon Heeley Jones Mason and Triangle.
