Services include supplier reviews, supply chain audits and benchmarking, contract reviews, tenders, cost rate reviews and transformation projects.

Horn’s career spans stints with printers and print management companies including Augustus Martin, Communisis, Loxleys and Williams Lea.

“I set up to help people problem-solve and to work on specific projects that they may not have the time or resource to do internally,” said Horn.

“An example of the the services I offer include a recent renegotiation of a print management contract for an insurance company. It stayed with the same supplier and there were no issues with the pricing, however the KPIs and SLAs needed updating, and their relationship needed realigning to get the best value.”

He was already part of the “curated network” at print and packaging consultancy Harler, which was set up by print procurement experts Dominic Harris and Nathan Tiller.
