Gray, who was most recently business development director at Stralfors, brings with him 15 years of industry experience selling direct marketing across a range of industry sectors.
Andy Bailey, sales and marketing director at Inc Direct, said his ability to "sell solutions-led business" would help the company to reach its turnover target.
