Bailey has held various positions within the direct mail industry, including board director at Howitt Digital, now Dialogue Solutions, where he was responsible for the sales performance of the direct mail division.
Inc Direct, PrintWeek's Company of the Year 2007, plans to draw upon Bailey's 15 years' experience in the industry, in order to play a major role in upcoming client acquisitions.
He will also oversee sales and marketing, as well as being charged with increasing company recognition across the marketing and print industries.
Bailey said: "I am very excited to be joining Inc Direct, a thriving business that has already gained industry recognition in a short space of time."
He added: "We share the same ideals on where this industry is headed and I am particularly looking forward to working with like-minded individuals who have the same vision as I do."
Inc Direct managing director Noel Warner said: "Andy will be a key member of the team and will build on the success that Inc Direct has already had within the marketing and print industry."
