The machines were delivered to IGS last month by Chinese company JWEI, which manufactures the kit.
An additional Titanium 2516 with router will be heading to both Colour Banners in Fleetwood and Cut Factory in Pontyclun. Both companies installed their first Titanium cutters over three years ago and were set to take delivery of their new machines in May.
Meanwhile, a Titanium 330-R label cutter each will be installed at Sticker Shop in Bristol and a label printer “located on the East coast” who did not want to be named.
Both of these companies have over four years’ experience with their Titanium 2516 installs for label production.
Sticker Shop’s machine went in on 14 May while the unnamed label printer’s Titanium 330-R will be installed in early June.
IGS managing director Peter Flynn said: “We recognise the significance and power of repeat customer orders which greatly impacts our business growth and success.
“Their continued patronage helps increase brand credibility and spread positive word-of mouth influence on new prospects looking to purchase similar machinery.
“Repeat customers not only bring in consistent income to the business, but they are also more likely to purchase our new products. We get great constructive feedback from our existing customer base and this feedback is invaluable in product development and service improvement.”
He added: “At IGS the deal closing is not the end of the sales process, but the start of a customer relationship. Our excellent after-sales support has led to referrals, repeat business and a more robust reputation.”
IGS is exhibiting at the JWEI stand at Drupa (Hall 5, D05) until 7 June at Messe Düsseldorf.
