The Austrian capital will host the event for the second time, after last year's event welcomed 10,600 newspaper and media figures from 87 countries.
The show also attracted 367 exhibitors from 33 locations, covering 15,126sqm of floorspace.
Ifra chief executive Reiner Mittelbach said: "82% of visitors were able to use the Ifra exhibition in Vienna to help them make the right decisions."
Exhibitors that have already signed up for this year's show include Agfa, MAN Roland, Stora Enso, Adobe, Mitsubishi and Muller Martini.
