Horner Brothers Printers predicts it will more than double sales to 10m after buying its 11th press in the last three years.
The Rotherham-based print management firm, which does most of its printing in-house, has bought a 50,000 four-colour reel-to-sheet Drent. The press will be used for bulk A4 work.
The firm has taken on 40 staff since September, bringing the total to 128.
"A new print management firm is spawned every week, but were different because were in full control of our printing," said chairman Dennis Horner.
The Drent joins six Heidelberg Quickmasters, which are used for overprinting and personalisation.
The Bank of Scotland and HSBC finance all of the firms presses.
Horner has also bought land close to its present site where it will start building an 8,370m2 factory at the end of May.
