The Burnley, Lancashire-based company turned to supplier GAE for the AFC-546Ajdf combination six-plate crossfolding system because its previous folder was "getting to the end of its life".
The 95-staff operation, which runs a 24/7 shift, has operated the crossfolder around the clock since installation.
Peter Birbeck, works director of the £6.5m-turnover firm, said: "In fact, we are getting through 10% more work."
He added: "We know and trust Horizon. We knew this machine would do what we wanted it to and we haven't been let down."
The Horizon features a 200-job onboard memory and a rotary drum suction feed system that delivers 35,000sph productivity.
Finishing operator Mark Hudson told printweek.com that it takes less than a minute to change between jobs and "certainly gets a lot of work out".
The 29-year-old company also runs three Horizon 10-station collators and two Horizon 10-station bookletmakers.
