Wide-format print specialist Hollywood Monster has made changes to its senior management to bring greater experience to the team.

In March, Mat Jephcott moved into his new job role as group operations director at the business; he most recently previously served as general manager.

In his new role, Jephcott will strengthen the businesses through improved operations and processes to ensure high-quality signage for customers.

Jephcott said: “It’s amazing to see the improvements made across Hollywood Monster and how the business has gone from strength to strength. I look forward to working closely with the team to implement progressive changes to benefit our customers.

“In taking a customer-centric approach, I aim to focus on how we can bring further benefits such as creating durable, quality solutions in a cost-effective way.”

The newest addition to the team, meanwhile, is Alex Pan, who joined in April as London commercial manager. She will be predominately located in London, focused on agencies and growing the company’s market share in London.

Pan will be responsible for growing a portfolio of customers and overseeing projects to monitor their progress and ensure quality standards are met.

She most recently worked as general manager at independent metals and specialist plastics stockholder and distributor Righton Blackburns.

Pan said: “Approaching the London market is a challenge that I’m excited to get started on and I’m looking forward to showcasing my skills to Hollywood Monster and our customers.

“I’m thankful to the Hollywood Monster team who are very helpful, insightful and approachable. I eagerly await the chance to prove myself in the London market and help to make the business stronger.”

Hollywood Monster recently partnered with beMatrix, the producer of the frame system for easy and sustainable event building, and took on a new Silicone Edge Automated Stitching (SEAS) machine from Meevo to enhance its productivity and quality.
