The Birmingham printer’s customers are now able to benefit from the stand building system, which is suitable for temporary constructions such as exhibition stands, congress walls, indoor and outdoor events, and pop-ups.
One single kit frame system can be configured into a multitude of stand concepts, minimising waste. Hollywood Monster is offering print for the system.
The new partnership has seen Hollywood Monster make significant investment into its site, including the recent acquisition of a Silicone Edge Automated Stitching (SEAS) machine from Meevo.
This kit will support beMatrix customers, as one of its key features is that it seamlessly attaches SEG (silicon edge graphics) Keder to fabric panels, which can be used on a range of beMatrix frames and displays.
Simon McKenzie, CEO at Hollywood Monster, said: “We’re very excited to become a beMatrix approved supplier, providing added versatility and design options to our customers, as well as promoting sustainable construction, particularly within the exhibition environment, which has struggled in previous years due to the ‘build and burn’ approach.”
He said the beMatrix system is completely reusable, and the modular approach provides 360 configurations, meaning that one frame can be used for a floor, ceiling, and wall.
Separately, Hollywood Monster has also partnered with Contra Vision and Premier Paper to bring a cost-effective and sustainable print offering to the Showcase Cinema in Nottingham.
Tasked with developing signage for the front of the cinema for a new film release, Hollywood Monster used Contra Vision Advance.
The Contra Vision Advance product serves as a lower carbon footprint alternative to PVC signage and was launched initially in the UK and Europe in February.
It produces less CO2 thanks to its PET films, while maintaining durability and affordability. Additionally, with perforated window films, solar heat gain is minimised in buildings such as cinemas, resulting in a significant decrease in air conditioning requirements.
Contra Vision Advance was supplied to Hollywood Monster by Premier, and the printer also elected to Carbon Capture its Contra Vision Advance purchases, to further enhance the sustainability of this project.
