Surrey-based HH's initial £6m contract with IHG, which was signed in 2005, included all marketing print, point-of-sale material, corporate stationery, brochures and leaflets.
However, following its renewal, the contract has increased in scope and could now be worth as much as £18m, according to HH.
HH chief executive Robert MacMillan said: "We are excited to continue developing our services for IHG and ensuring that our print management model remains meaningful and competitive in all areas.
"IHG went out to tender the market and we were put to the test against the competition and were successful. This shows that we are meeting our commitments to our clients in a very demanding marketplace and that they want to work with HH."
Nita Shivbarat, purchasing contracts manager at IHG, added: "HH has established key working relationships within all areas of our business and their staff have delivered and reached all our demanding deadlines.
"Our new contract will change the way we have worked with HH in the past, delivering significant savings and further efficiencies."
IHG's contract renewal is the second this quarter for HH, which has reported an increased interest in outsourced print management.
MacMillan said: "We are experiencing an increased level of interest in outsourcing print management, fuelled by the market conditions across the globe.
"Now, more than ever, is the time for decoupling the marketing supply chain to control and reduce costs."
