The machinery on display includes Hedielberg SM 74 5+L Heidelberg Suprasetter A 52 / A 75, Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 74- 5+ L offset press, Polar 115 XC Plus and Heidelberg KHC 78 folder and Prinect workflow displaying the integration of these machines.
Heidelberg India is also organising special customer tours to Rave Scan, a Heidelberg customer.
"Visitors will be able to see the Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-4+L, the Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 102-4, the Polar 115X cutting system, the Polar pile turner, Stahlfolder KH 78 with round pile feeder, stacker delivery and the Eurobind EB 1300 perfect binder live at a customer site," said Namrta Dhar, national marketing manager for Heidelberg India.
Around 145 printers have shown interest for the customer site visit. Apart from the live demo of machinery and customer site visits, Heidelberg’s Print Media Academy has organised three technical sessions of 45 minutes daily on topics like: Offset and more; Standardisation according to ISO 12647-2 and how to get certified; How to become a colour-lover rather than a colour manager; What a printer should know about paper and board and Learn the formula to choose right consumables.
Dr Rajendrakumar Anayath of Print Media Academy said: "It is a noble concept and most impportantly it is free. Printers should take advantage of it. Today was a full house for us. The attendees came with questions related to print applications and got a live demo of it at the Heidelberg stall.The production team of Thomson Press attended the sessions."

Heidelberg India's focus at Pamex 2011 has been live demonstartions of its equipment, daily site visits for the customers to Rave Scan and daily three techincal sessions at Print Media Academy.
