The company would normally require a second pass in order to perforate the job in two places, which would tie up another press. Healeys ran the job at 13,000sph on a Heidelberg SM 52-8-P.
The Ipswich-based company installed the system to double perforate 3m vouchers; and is now searching for other jobs it can use on the system.
Managing director Philip Dodd said: "The success has encouraged us to look at other jobs we can produce inline. The investment was low enough to be a no-brainer, so this could really open up new possibilities for us."

Kocher+Beck has designed the system to be low cost, fast and easy to set up. It uses a full size die and underpacking that replaces a printing blanket on virtually any offset press from B3 up to B1. The system can be used for cutting, creasing and kiss-cutting, as well as perforating.
