The deal, which completed today, has resulted in 26 staff being taken back on following the redundancy of all 50 staff last weekend. The new management team is to consolidate the company's operations from five to three units.
Former works manager Hammond said that the first challenge was getting creditors and suppliers of the former company on board and ensuring the customers are happy.
"This is a completely new start for the business and we have had a tremendous response from our suppliers so far," he said.
The new business will not be employing any of the former directors of the company.
Administrators at RSM Bentley Jennison were appointed to the company on Tuesday after it suffered a 30% drop in turnover following its CVA last year.
It is understood that Heronsgate was unable to obtain credit following the agreement and the total debts left by the business are around the same as the £783,661 set out in the CVA.
The Heronsgate brand will now be dropped as the company is rebranded as Full Spectrum Print Media.
