The HighWater Platinum 2218 metal CTP system or the polyester DPX System from Apex Digital Graphics will have 50% off when taken as a package with presses including the 524HXX, 524H and 3304H.
Ry-Offset joint managing director Neil Handforth said 70% of presses sold by his firm were now part of a press and CTP package.
"Were showing a solution to a problem rather than just an engine," he added.
He said CTP could be "very cost-effective" for firms in the small offset sector, particularly the polyester plate version.
The Platinum 2218s list price is 44,950, while the DPX Systems is 39,950.
The companys secondhand presses come with up to six months warranty, which Handforth said "shows our commitment to the product".
Ry-Offset started offering press and CTP packages in 1997.
Through its partnership with Apex Digital Graphics it also offers the DPX Genesis and DPX 5080 CTP systems.
