Haines Clark was hit by a downturn in business during the recession and went into administration with PKF (UK), prior to the acquisition earlier this week.
Nine jobs were saved through the deal and its short- to-medium run printing service will now continue at the Redditch site under the Acraman (479) ownership.
Acraman (479) shares the same directors, John Tasker and David Stone, as Bristol print management firm Tasker & Stone. Neither were available for comment at the time of writing.
Ian Gould, partner at PKF, said: "Haines Clark was a highly respected company with a strong customer base that faced a steep downturn in trade because of the current economic situation.
"It could not have continued as a standalone business."
