Grafitec division Grafitec Management Service has been enlisted to sell the plant and machinery of Jarvis Porters creative packaging operation.
The kit to be sold includes a host of high-specification, late model machines, including a six-colour Speedmaster 102 with double coater described by Grafitec chairman Tony Barrett as "immaculate".
Other presses include two six-colour Mitsubishis, a five-colour Speedmaster and two Sakurai screen presses.
Bobst platens, Signature gluers, Steuer foilers and a Polar label cutting system are among the finishing kit.
The sale is expected to attract buyers from around the world. "Theres already been a lot of interest, but both we and Jarvis Porter wanted to be sensitive, so we have waited for the place to be properly closed before going ahead," Barrett added.
