The joint framework will be managed by OGCs trading arm, OGCbuying.solutions.
It will focus on reducing the estimated annual 600m spend across all government offices on print and copier services.
The estimated 50m savings will be made on products and services over a four-year period.
The full list of suppliers to the framework agreement are:
Canon (UK), The Danwood Group, Heidelberg Graphic Equipment, Imagistics International, NRG Group (UK) and Xerox (UK).
The agreement replaces two existing contracts, and will enable Central Civil Government, the NHS and public sector customers to access a broader range of products, print software and related service applications.
