The company managed the artwork and reprographics process as well as colour standards, to ensure that the packaging for 150 products available in numerous formats and printed at a variety of locations across Europe were all consistent.
Heinz marketing director Jane Jeffreys said: "Managing the colour and consistency of the pack design was one of the biggest issues we faced, as the range runs alongside a variety of pack formats and substrates.
"Gilchrist’s expertise in colour management was hugely valuable to us on this project and ensured there were no delays in getting the first of the new products on shelf in January."
