Details are currently scarce, but the magazine will launch in March priced at £7.99 and run to 132 pages, with the first issue focussing on the upcoming Iron Man 2 movie.
The company would not say which group would print the new magazine, which will be edited by Jez Bickham.
Stuart Galbraith, associate publisher of Comic Heroes and its sister-title SFX, which issued a "superheroes special" last year prompting the launch, said: "The interest in superhero movies is at an all-time high and with a massive slate of new movies in development it really looks as though we are entering the decade of the superhero – with new Batman, Captain America, Iron Man, Spiderman, Thor and X-Men movies due within the next few years, as well as the forthcoming Avengers film which brings many of Marvel’s biggest characters together in one epic."
