The current issue will be the last for the magazine, which reached its first decade this year and competes with rival PSM3, also published by Future.
No production or sales staff are affected and the company is looking to redeploy four of the five staff that haven't already been placed elsewhere at the company.
The magazine had a half year ABC figure of 21,826 to December 2008 and was printed by William Gibbons.
Future acquired PSW from Computec Media in 2003.
