According to the Hemel Hempstead-based company, as well as die-cutting, the machine can also be used to cut, perforate, crease and emboss.
It is aimed at commercial, label, digital and packaging printers.
The 8,000sph machine can handle single sheets with a maximum thickness of 0.5mm and in sizes from A4 through to 550x700mm.
According to Friedheim, the machine uses a position roller system to aid sheet alignment.
The company said that this ensures that the sheets are passed through the punch cylinder with an accuracy
of +/- 0.1mm.
