Briefed to "make history", the company created more than 30 individual POS displays and manufactured and delivered 140,000 items to support the launch.
The suite of products included a 'super event unit' which aimed to recreate the world of Pandora from the film with a display unit that shoppers walk through.
Bezier was also involved in the launch event for the title, held at HMV's flagship store in Oxford Circus, which again was dressed to recreate settings from the film.
Best Buy also took part, celebrating the launch of its flagship store in West Thurrock on 30 April with heavy promotion of the Avatar products.
The Avatar suite was produced largely on Bezier's KBA 1200/1600 on 170gsm Gloss art for the litho quality elements, while large-format and floodsheets were produced on a Theime 1650/2100 and two Sias screen presses. Printed elements were UV varnished with UV-free areas for gluing.
Structural materials used in the campaign included double wall EB Flute of various grades, display board and folding box board.
Bezier chairman David Mitchell described the campaign as "fantastically creative". He said it included one of the biggest presences of POS ever seen in Europe.
"We've put a record number of products into stores and worked incredibly hard supporting retailers to ensure that displays are installed in full compliance with specifications.
"Coupled with the interactive event, we're delivering what I believe will be the most memorable home entertainment, if not retail, launch of all time," he added
The value of the deal was not disclosed.
