The BILD (British Institute for Learning and Development) accreditation recognises a company's effort to improve the development and use of learning and sets out a framework for improving learning among staff.
Four Four Two has been awarded the Bronze award, the first step on the way to Gold.
Production director Michael Jones said: "We have taken the strategic step to improve the quality of everything we do in the business, we take training seriously and decided to commit ourselves to the rigorous process of the BILD Quality Mark.
"We recognise that this will be an exacting process, but we are determined to gain full accreditation for the training we do here."
Four Four Two currently employs 15 staff and is estimating a turnover of £1.5m for 2008. The company installed a second Heidelberg SM 74 in February this year.

Dorset-based B2 printer Four Four Two has said it is the first printer in Europe to be awarded a BILD quality mark.
