Iceton left Clays two years ago after 34 years at the St Ives subsidiary.
Precise details of his remit at Jarrold Printing were unavailable as PrintWeek went to press, but Iceton has previous experience of running a large print operation as efficiently as possible in an old building. Iceton was also involved in the planning of Clays proposed greenfield site, a move that was stymied following planning objections.
