The company, which specialises in training materials for companies and corporate clients, acquired PrintWyze and has subsequently taken on managing director Paul Newman.
Matthew Magovern, managing director of Finishing Matters, said: "We were sub-contracting a lot of digital work and it made sense to merge."
PrintWyze has relocated to Finishing Matter's base will operate under the Finishing Matters name. Kit includes Xerox colour and black-and-white machines and Canon copiers.
"The acquisition of PrintWyze will enable us to offer a new range of services to our customers and boost our overall capacity," Magovern said.
"This merger is the next step to quicker and more efficient service to our customers and we have some of the very latest Xerox printing equipment available."
