The company, which has 53 employees, has been placed into liquidation with insolvency firm Wilson Pitts, also based in Leeds.
A spokesman for the liquidator said: The companys directors put in a lot of their own funds to keep the business going. September seemed to be a better month, but it was too little too late.
He said a skeleton staff would remain at the business temporarily to collect book debts and finish work in progress.
The Heidelberg-equipped company was formed in December 2001 when the assets of Margaret Fentons were bought out of administration.
Wilson Pitts will now sell the companys freehold assets at auction.
