Intrepid Marketing has appointed Capital Insolvency Services of Leeds as liquidator after going into voluntary liquidation on 26 February.
The directors nominee representative, Gary Dawson, called in the liquidator.
The company came to PrintWeeks attention two years ago when the infamous Bob Canada, aka ex-Frisch Druck chairman Dawson, was found to be involved with both Lewis, Knight & Associates and Intrepid Marketing.
A spokesman for Capital Insolvency said 121,354 was due to Barclays Bank, secured on an inter-company debt of 137,350 owed by UIG Sands.
Other debts include over 13,000 in VAT and 8,000 to the Inland Revenue.
