The Fedrigoni Group has acquired fellow Italian paper producer Miliani Fabriano in a deal that it claims will make the combined group the second largest in the European specialist papers segment.
The group will have a combined turnover of 342m (E550m). The deal will be concluded shortly after being passed by the European Competition Guarantee Authority.
