Ekman UK has become the exclusive UK and Eire sales agent for Italian paper producer Fabriano.
Fabriano is currently producing all the watermarked banknote paper for production of euro notes in Italy, along with some production capacity for other European countries.
The Fabriano paper mill is the oldest continually operating mill in Europe
and first introduced watermarking to its handmade papers in the 13th century.
It now manufactures a wide range of uncoated grades. Production grades include white and tinted copier and office papers, embossed and textured text and cover, drawing and artist papers and a wide range of security papers.
