The deal will require Solihull-based Etrinsic to handle around 270 different pieces of printed material including maps, timetables, posters and promotional material. It will be stored at Etrinsic's 5,000m2 warehouse for delivery to venues including rail stations, libraries and shops.
Etrinsic won the contract on the back of its electronic information reporting system, which will give Travel West Midlands "real time information on the status of its printed material".
"In addition, Travel West Midlands staff will be able to make use of our Call Off Orders Online web-based ordering system," said Etrinsic account director Paul Howie.
In 2004 Etrinic has won print management contracts from companies including Southampton Football Club and Topps Tiles.
