The deal includes the handling of marketing print, business forms and print storage for the 49 West Bromwich branches and head offices in the Midlands.
West Bromwich BS produces more than 130 business forms and 50-plus marketing print lines. It has said that working with etrinsic will enable it to save 30% across its print portfolio.
"As well as cost efficiencies, a key objective for us is to gain greater control of our print output and consumption through more detailed management information," said West Bromwich's corporate procurement manager Debbie Purchase.
Etrinsic's other clients include EDF Energy, National Express, Topps Tiles and Sainsbury's.
