ES provides a range of internet-based services aimed at the advertising and publishing sectors, including colour management, digital imaging and retouching.
The Mtivity software will bolster ES with the complementary services of real-time expense tracking, project management and online job planning.
ES technical sales director David Russell said: "The software provided by Mtivity provides us with the ideal platform to deliver collaborative and enhanced benefits through our existing IT systems."
Staines-based Mtivity was previously known as Printmountain before it changed its name earlier this year (PrintWeek, 8 March).
