The promo involves a personalised gin and tonic gift pack designed by Morgana, that will be printed live at the show in partnership with Transeo Media, UK distributor of ePS’ MarketDirect Cross Media omni-channel marketing tool; digital kit reseller ASL Group, Morgana and Antalis.
According to ePS global channel director John Morley, who brought partners together, due to an "unprecedented response" the Gin & Tonic giveaway effectively "sold out" last week. However, the registration has now been reopened and extended to 6pm today (Monday 12 September).
He said that visitors that tried to register last week, but couldn't due to the registration page showing an expired message, now had a brief window to register today.
"With over 12,000 registered for The Print Show already, the only way to guarantee yours is to pre-register as whilst there is a good amount to personalise and print at the show, my budget doesn’t stretch that far," quipped Morley on a LinkedIn post announcing the extension.
The promo utlises MarketDirect Cross Media technology and the ePS PackCentral Web2pack solution, which will be linked with the EFI Fiery controller to pass the information automatically to the production partners.
Printing will be carried out by ASL Group on a Ricoh Pro C9200 digital press, with Morgana handling post-press using an AeroDieCut for the boxes and Intec SC5000 for labels.
The Print Show runs from 20-22 September at the NEC in Birmingham and Morley will present a seminar highlighting the collaboration on the show’s middle day.
