Mark Bowen was appointed liquidator of DS Print in East Grinstead on 9 March 2011.

Bowen said that there were no assets for the liquidators to sell because all remaining assets were on finance.

He said: "We were appointed long after the company's doors were closed, the factoring company asked us to assist with the wind-up."
