The Hinckley, Leicestershire-based company has installed an Expertcut 106PER diecutter and a Masterfold 110 multipurpose folder-gluer.

Chairman Joe Sall said: "We have seen continuous growth in demand for our cartonboard and microflute products over the past year, and we need extra capacity to cope with that demand.

"One of the reasons we have not lost a customer in our 25 years of business is that we have never let them down. The diecutter and gluer will make sure it stays like that."

The Expertcut 106PER can handle paper, cartons and corrugated board. It runs at up to 9,000 sheets an hour with a maximum sheet size of 1,060x760mm.

Print & Packaging Co's Masterfold 110 can run between 20-550 m/min. It can produce a number of boxes including crash-lock bottom boxes, straight line boxes and six-corner boxes.
