The programme, which is scheduled for 20:00 on the File On 4 programme, will see presenter Julian O'Halloran examining whether weaknesses in regulation are being exploited by some company directors to unfairly dispose of debts.
Pre-pack and phoenix companies in print and other industries will also be debated at length. The programme will be repeated on 25 January 2009 at 17:00.
Earlier this month, suppliers to the print industry criticised new guidelines aimed at increasing transparency in pre-pack administrations, saying that they do not go far enough towards ensuring best value for creditors.
Elliott, of independent paper manufacturer EBB, has said previously that the new guidelines recognise the problem but do very little to resolve the principal issue.
"In the UK print industry, there is still far too much capacity. Printer failure will only reduce if and when the failures drop out of the market place. It will leave a healthier industry for those who run their businesses properly," he said.
In September 2008, Dolan resigned as a director from private equity group, Media and Print Investments (MPI). The group had bought a number of companies out of administration.
In PrintWeek's review of 2008, Dolan came runner-up in the Villain of the Year category.
Ann Field of Unite will also be appearing on the programme.
THIS HEADLINE OF THIS ARTICLE HAS BEEN CHANGED. THE PROGRAMME IS PRE-RECORDED AND IS NOT A LIVE DEBATE AS ORIGINALLY SUGGESTED.
