The Enfield finisher is investing 1m in the move, which includes the installation of a Muller Martini VBF Diamant book line and a DA 270 casing-in line from Kolbus, which should be up and running by the end of October.
"Diamond have traditionally been in the high-quality quick-turnaround end of the market and the next logical step was to move into case binding," said Dingwall.
Dingwall spent almost four years with Muller Martini; the first three as an instructor and the final year as a product manager, specialising in all areas of adhesive binding.
